Policies and Booking Info
Before you book, I just want to share a few things that help keep my business running smoothly and make sure we're both set up for a seamless experience. These policies are here to protect your time as much as mine, and to keep things fair and respectful for everyone I serve. I’ve been in this industry for almost 3 years now, and one thing I’ve learned is that clear expectations = better service and stronger relationships. So here’s what to know before you click that “book” button.
Booking & Retainer Fee

When you book your appointment, a non-refundable retainer fee is required to hold your spot. This goes toward your service total — it's not an extra fee.

If you need to cancel for any reason, please know that this retainer is not refundable under any circumstances. It also doesn’t carry over to future appointments.
I totally understand that things come up — but holding your spot means someone else can’t book that time, and I have to respect everyone’s schedules, including my own.
Cancellations

I ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make any changes to your appointment.

If you cancel same-day or don’t show up (aka no-call, no-show), I do require 50% of your service total as a cancellation fee.
That may sound strict, but last-minute changes directly affect my ability to serve other clients and earn income. I promise I don’t take it personally — I just need to keep things fair and professional across the board.
Rescheduling

You’re more than welcome to reschedule your appointment — just please do so at least 48 hours in advance.

If you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your original retainer will be forfeited and a new retainer will be required to book your new spot.
Again, I get that life happens! Emergencies, work, family — I’m a real person too. So if you're in a bind, don’t be afraid to reach out. I do my best to be understanding, especially with my loyal clients.
No-Call / No-Show

Not showing up without contacting me = 50% cancellation fee, no exceptions.

More than one no-show? You may be required to pay in full upfront for any future appointments.
This is just to ensure I’m giving my energy and attention to clients who respect the time I set aside for them.
