Policies and Booking Info

Before you book, I just want to share a few things that help keep my business running smoothly and make sure we're both set up for a seamless experience. These policies are here to protect your time as much as mine, and to keep things fair and respectful for everyone I serve. I’ve been in this industry for almost 3 years now, and one thing I’ve learned is that clear expectations = better service and stronger relationships. So here’s what to know before you click that “book” button.

Booking Expectations

  • Please note that a valid card is required on file to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of bookingit is kept on file in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies. Any applicable fees will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment.

  • By booking, you acknowledge and agree to have a card stored securely on file to confirm your reservation.

Cancellations

  • I ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make any changes to your appointment.

  • If you cancel same-day or don’t show up (aka no-call, no-show), I do require 50% of your service total as a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling

  •  You’re more than welcome to reschedule your appointment — just please do so at least 48 hours in advance.

  • If you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, cancellation fees may apply.

I get that life happens! Emergencies, work, family — I’m a real person too. So if you're in a bind, don’t be afraid to reach out. I do my best to be understanding, especially with my loyal clients.

No-Call / No-Show

  • Not showing up without contacting me = 50% cancellation fee, no exceptions.

  • More than one no-show? You may be required to pay in full upfront for any future appointments.

This is just to ensure I’m giving my energy and attention to clients who respect the time I set aside for them.

My space is built on mutual respect, kindness, and positive energy. I love what I do, and I care deeply about every client I see. These policies help keep that energy flowing in the right direction. We may share your Personal Data with third parties that help us provide the messaging service, including, but not limited to, platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.​

  • Additional Disclosures: Affiliates: We may disclose the Personal Data to our affiliates or subsidiaries; however, if we do so, their use and disclosure of your Personal Data will be subject to this Policy. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
