All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may vary during launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS confirmation.
Shipping Information
Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination selected at checkout. Please note that delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order
Once your package has shipped, tracking information will be sent automatically to the contact information provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and products so we can review the issue.
